You can take one of two courses, 13 day or 6 day, or join us for just one day for one course or several days for any combination of courses.

Domenic Zagaroli has been in the appraisal and banking field since 1977. He has operated his own appraisal firm, served as Chief Appraiser at two major lending institutions, and has underwriting background in both residential and commercial properties. Mr. Zagaroli is the 2005 President of the NYS Society of Real Estate Appraisers, is a regional advisor to the NYS Appraisal Board, and is a Certified General Appraiser in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Specializing in Indoor Environmental Diagnosis, Dr. Sabath has a long and distinguished career in private industry, academia and government. With over 20 years of practical experience in the US and abroad, Dr. Sabath is a true pioneering expert in the field.
- Dr. Sabath has a Masters Degree in Science (MS) concentrating in Biology and Research and a Masters Degree in Public Health (MPH) concentrating in environmental-related diseases and prevention. He earned his Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) with a research dissertation entitled “Differential Diagnosis of Occupant Symptoms and Complaints in Non-Industrial Buildings.”
- For over 20 years, he was personally involver in planning, designing, performance, testing, and evaluation of indoor environmental and microbial investigations, diagnosis and remediation in several million square feet of industrial and non-industrial buildings such as schools, hospitals, office buildings, and residential buildings.
- Dr. Sabath has lectured and written extensively on the issues of indoor environments throughout his career. He has lectured for: New York University School of Continuing Education. Dr. Sabath prepared the first Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) program presented at New York University (1990).
